Julie Life, Coach
Julie Life, co-founder & coach of Date Life Coaches, has over 10 years of experience assessing interpersonal relationships as a human resources professional specializing in technology recruiting. She consistently meets the needs of her client companies by providing the right cultural and skills match to their human capital needs.

Her professional career provided her with a unique perspective into the drive and personality types of smart, young, hard-working professionals, many of whom spent years after college focused on building their careers. Now enjoying the benefits of their hard work, many of these business professionals find themselves wanting to find a meaningful relationship to share complimentary interests, yet lack the time or knowledge to do so.

Julie eventually found herself coaching single men on dating basics, something that became natural to her. She candidly answered dating questions that men didn't have the courage to ask other women. This nurtured a trust and understanding among her friends that has now become Julie’s second career and life passion, that of a professional life coach and dating expert.

As a Certified Matchmaker™, Julie decided to go into matchmaking as a result of the many people she has introduced throughout the years, and many who are now in happy marriages. With an innate ability to shed light on unrealized client strengths, Julie provides her clients with the tools to successfully and comfortably take on the challenging Seattle dating scene.

Unique to Date Life Coaches, Julie has the understanding, both academically and intuitively, to help clients navigate the constantly changing landscape of interpersonal relationships. With her strict code of ethics and deep sense of integrity, she is dedicated to helping clients possess confidence, and comfortable relationship skills. Clients can then use their newfound comfort to find a healthy, nurturing relationship with the same success they've achieved in their professional career.

In her spare time, she enjoys living on a unique houseboat with her supportive husband James, and beautiful daughter Casey. Together they relish cruising the Puget Sound with fellow mariners.

Norman Sigler, Coach
A self-described "people person" and a co-founder & coach of Date Life Coaches, Norman has significant experience as a retained executive search recruiter, where he secures senior-level talent for client companies in the financial services, healthcare, technology, and life sciences industries as well as with select non-profits in the Northwest and nationwide. He began his career as a Scientist for an environmental consulting firm and continues to use these analytical skills when assessing people for corporate employment or interpersonal relationships. His recruiting experience includes roles as a Principal with a boutique Chicago-based executive search firm in their Internet, Professional Services, Technology, and Financial Services practices and a recruiting entrepreneur. He has conducted searches for CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Consulting Firm Partners, Vice Presidents of Marketing, Executive Directors, and Private Client Services/Wealth Management Professionals.

Norman developed his passion for interpersonal coaching through his roles as a corporate negotiator, consultant, event organizer, and member of several non-profit boards. He enjoys social settings and has a talent for connecting people.

In addition to social networking, Norman spends part of his free time admiring the beauty and weather of the Puget Sound region. He is active with his local alumni clubs and volunteering for public radio – KUOW. He also finds time to serve on the Board of the Seattle Repertory Theatre Crew.
