Certified Matchmaker’s Quality Standards include:
- Training and certification by the Matchmaking
Institute™ to adhere to the highest quality standards
in the industry.
- Adheres to a strict code of ethics and maintains confidentiality
of all client accounts and will not divulge, discuss or otherwise
exploit any restricted material related to client record of activity
or profile.
- Takes the utmost care to deliver total customer satisfaction
and will be subject to quarterly evaluations correlative of client
assessments.
- Administrate client inquires professionally, timely, and thoroughly
and provide diligent service when qualifying potential matches
with a personalized approach from beginning to end.
- All certified matchmakers are subject to additional mandatory
training and professional development for annual re-certification
in accordance with the Matchmaking Institute’s guidelines.
